To the fullest extent permitted by law, OneZone shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, data loss caused by user negligence, or losses resulting from third-party services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OneZone, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, security risks, or non-payment (if applicable).

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lebanon. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Beirut, Lebanon.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
